  It can be stressful dropping your old cell phone service and starting a new one. Erin went through all the ins and outs of starting a new plan and genuinely wanted to help me understand how Verizon worked. I never felt pressured into signing up even after she knew I was only in to get some info. Turns out we now have four lines open and four new phones! Erin has made me feel confident in choosing Verizon for our family. I look forward to doing future business with Erin.
